If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale.
You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service.
We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. We will refund any amount due to you within 14 days from the day we received the item(s) back.

We will always try to ensure that the correct item(s) is delivered to you, however we are only human and occasionally a mistake can happen. Should we supply any incorrect item(s), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 01902 450470 or through email email@example.com. We can then arrange to pick up the item(s) at the same time as giving you a correct replacement.
We stock only the very best of items personally sourced by ourselves, occasionally an item may be received that has a fault or has been damaged in transit. If upon receipt there seems to be a fault or has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 01902 450470 or via email on firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then arrange for the item(s) to be picked up for inspection. After inspection and once we are satisfied that there is a fault, we will either replace the item(s) or arrange for a full refund of the item(s) and any carriage costs incurred.
To help you shop with confidence this season, our Christmas returns policy is valid between 1st November and 23rd December 2021.
Any purchases made online or in store between these dates can be returned up until the end of January 2022.
For purchases made from 24 December onwards, our normal refund policy applies.
